FACILITATORS

A special feature of SEALA leadership workshops is the facilitators. At SEALA you work in small breakout groups with accomplished executives from the Society of International Business Fellows whose business and community experience spans the globe.

Not only in the classroom, but at breakfasts, lunches, dinners and long into the evenings, instructors and facilitators are ready and eager to dig into the details of leadership with you and share everything they know – every single day of the Academy.

Business skills and business-like thinking are critical regardless of the organization you lead. Discover their secrets, seek their advice, test out your ideas on them – learn the mistakes they made when they were your age – and ask them to share their business strategies. And add them to your most select list of people whom you can call upon for ideas, help, mentoring, connections – because after the Academy is over, instructors and facilitators make a long-term commitment to continue to coach and support you on your career trajectory over the course of your life.
